Can I purchase if I am outside the US?

Yes, we deliver worldwide. 

Shipping

What's the cost of shipping?

It depends where you live relative to our distribution centre. Our system automatically calculates shipping rates as quoted by Post Office Services. 

How long does it take to deliver the product?

At Everest Apparels we fulfill orders on a daily basis and deliver via USPS. The time depends on your location. Our clients typically expect delivery in the US within 10-15 days. While International orders can take 20-30 days. 

How can I track the status of my shipment?

You can track your orders here. Our customer success team is also regularly check the status of your shipment. So if there are any delay we'll reach out to you ASAP. 

What if I am not at home?

Your purchase will be delivered to whoever is at home or at the reception. In case there is no one they will visit you again. If the second attempt is not successful, the order will go to a nearby post office so you can pick it up there.

Are all shoes exactly the same?

Since we work by hand with 100% genuine leathers, not all are exactly the same. We take special care that they are always the same, however, it may happen that there is a slight variation.

I'm not sure what size I am, what do I do?

Returns & Exchange 

What do I do if the size is not correct?

Within 10 business days, you can choose to make the size change 100% free of charge and receive the correct size. To make the change, write to support@everestapparels.com

How do I return a product?

If you are not satisfied with the product received, you can return your purchase made in our online store, within 10 business days from the date of receipt of the package and we will refund the total price. To carry out the return write us to support@everestapparels.com

Terms: 

Changes or returns are not accepted if the item has been used, damaged or is not sent in its original packaging. Nor can changes or returns be accepted after 10 business days. Everest Apparels is not responsible for the misuse of the product.
