Shipping is free with any Everest footwear worldwide for any purchases over $150.
At Everest Apparels we dispatch orders every day and deliver worldwide via leading carriers like UPS, Fedex, USPS. The times depend on each area and can take up to 3 to 4 weeks.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive email notifications so that you can get real time updates.
Your purchase will be delivered to whoever is at home. In case there is no one they will visit you again. If the second attempt is not successful, the order will go to a nearby post office so you can pick it up there.
Returns & Exchanges
Within 10 days, you can choose to make the size change 100% free of charge and receive the correct size. To make the change, write to email@example.com.
Everest Apparels Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the product received, you can return your purchase made in our online store, within 10 days from the date of receipt of the package and we will refund the total price. To carry out the return write us to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Everest Apparels Guarantee Conditions: No exchanges or returns are accepted if the item has been used, damaged or is not shipped in its original packaging. Neither can changes or returns be accepted after 10 days. Everest Apparels is not responsible for the misuse of the product.
General Refund: Our policy lasts for 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund. Returns after the first 10 days do not include the cost of transportation, which must be paid by the customer.
General Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All changes may be made by presenting the product in perfect condition, UNUSED, in its original packaging, with its corresponding product LABEL and presenting a purchase TICKET. Changes will be made within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of the product after the purchase, by the same shipping method by which it was delivered. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are some situations where only partial refunds can be guaranteed:
* Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or is missing parts for reasons beyond our control.
* Any item that is returned more than 7 days after shipment.
Refunds (where applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a five to ten business day.
Sale / Promotion Items
Only regular priced items will be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift was sent to the buyer for later delivery, we will issue a refund to the buyer and they will know of your return.
